TECHNOILOGY is pleased to announce the signature of a new contract for the manufacturing of a 60 TPD Glycerine Distillation Unit with major producer of chemical raw materials for cosmetics and detergents.

The company is one of the 100 subsidiaries of a prominent global corporation operating in a variety of industrial areas, including Hygiene and Detergents, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Automotive and Oil & Gas.

TECHNOILOGY head office of Rome will provide the Basic Engineering Package whereas machinery will be manufactured in TECHNOILOGY’s facilities of India.

The project foresees the installation of a Salt Decanter able to separate insoluble salt from the residue of the Distillation column. Consequently, the secondary distillers can recover more glycerol after salt decanting and disposal costs are significantly reduced as the pitches are kept to a minimum level.
